What the World Doesn't Get...

Fr.Stan Fortuna concludes his series on suffering :



Father Stan came to our little parish for a Youth 2000 retreat this past November. Having only heard his music, I was a little sceptical. He was great. Very straight, very firm and very sincere. For the kids sake, he also is very personable.

The three-on-three basketball between Fr. Stan and our own Fr. Paul was also entertaining, as the kids were switched in and out off the spectator bench, and the two middle-aged priests (sorry Fathers, its true!) were VERY COMPETITIVE, even in the HOT Cayman sun! I was grateful for this little extra chance the kids had to get to know Fr. Paul who arrived from Detroit just last summer.
